I have used Town & City since their inception in 2013. The service they provide is very professionally run by Jorge and is first class. Having been a landlord for a while I am very aware of the pitfalls that surround this industry but they have very successfully eliminated the grey area that is synonymous with this business. Every aspect of letting a property knowing that everything is done properly leaves one very comfortable. The introduction of tenants are very carefully vetted and all maintenance issues are dealt with promptly and efficiently. I consider it important to establish a good working relationship with landlords and tenants and Jorge does a sterling job to ensure that this happens. "Voids" are something we all dread but fortunately that aspect of letting is minimal. When tenants vacate there is invariably someone to move in very quickly. This comes from Jorge respecting the tenants and mindful of the odd problem and this is reciprocated by the vacating tenant giving access for viewings whilst they are still in residence. Town & City provide an excellent package and I have recommended many colleagues to them and will continue to do so - Richard G

I first instructed T and C about three years ago because we had previously relied on just one letting agent and I thought it sensible to introduce a second agent to encourage competition. Since then we have increased the number of instructions to T and C as they have consistently provided a good and reliable and attentive service. They communicate with both tenants and ourselves promptly, repairs are carried out without fuss, and issues quickly resolved.
