We collect and process your personal information (name, address, email, telephone contact information) directly from you, in order to communicate with you about our properties, building maintenance and inventories. We also use it to carry out our obligations in relation to any contract you have with us, or to verify your identity, or anticipate and resolve problems with any services supplied to you from utility companies or for building regulation requirements. 
We do not and will not share your data with any third party other than those utilised to service our properties or if legally obligated to do so.

"I first instructed T and C about three years ago because we had previously relied on just one letting agent and I thought it sensible to introduce a second agent to encourage competition. Since then we have increased the number of instructions to T and C as they have consistently provided a good and reliable and attentive service. They communicate with both tenants and ourselves promptly, repairs are carried out without fuss, and issues quickly resolved. It is my intention to continue with T and C and we are shortly to expand the number of our properties with them to six. "
