This is a fixed cost fee that can cover a variety of works
depending on the individual circumstances of each tenancy, including but not
limited to conducting viewings, negotiating the tenancy, verifying references
and drawing up contracts. This charge is applicable per applicant.

This is charged on the 7th day of the rent being late. If a further letter has to be sent on the 14th day there will be another £25.00 charge.

ENDING THE TENANCY:

Current tenant is liable  for rent until the day a new tenant commences tenancy plus any fees usually payable by the landlord (at the landlord’s discretion)

Debit Card 85p per transaction

Cedit Card 2.5% of total amount being paid
